User Agreement

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

You will not hold UNITOWN responsible for any damge or loss you may incur if we are forced to take action in regards to another user abusing UNITOWN, such as posting fake or offensive items.

UNITOWN is a site that allows anyone to sell and buy books, at anytime, from anywhere and at any price. At no point do we have possession of anything listed or sold through UNITOWN.

UNITOWN does not inspect sellers’ goods or review the content of their listing. We are not involved in the actual transaction between the buyers and sellers. We have no control over and cannot guarantee the quality or legality of the items listed, the truth or accuracy of the listing or of feedback on the seller, the ability of seller to deliver or sell the good, the ability of the seller to pay for the good or to return the good.

If a meeting is organised as a mode of delivering the good, UNITOWN holds no liability for anything that may occur during this meeting. However we do urge you to organise a meeting point that it is a public place such as the student union, notify someone where you are going and bring a friend.

You accept sole responsibility for the legality of your actions under laws applying to you and the legality of any items you list on any of our sites.
